A Quick January-Update
2020 is done and what a year it was! Needless to say, Team Coria also took a little break over the holidays. But since these are over, we'd like to give you an update what we've done since then.
- We created concepts for a new boss-fight.
- After rewriting the map-routine, the times of white screens and choppy music when leaving one and entering another screen are over! Smooth transitions are here to stay!
- Another code-rewrite makes programming enemy-behaviour much easier and quicker.
That´s just a bit of what we've been up to since the beginning of the year. You can believe us, we have some great plans for the next months.
Are there any points you´re especially interested in? Would you maybe like to know more about programming-details? Or about the concepting of a boss-fight? Let us know in the comments!
Otherwise, look forward to more information about the design-process and maybe some backgrounds on our animated trailer. Speaking of which... let me just link that one here. Just because we like it so much.
